Buying from a Private Seller

Browse jewelry, loose diamonds, and gemstones across verified marketplace listings. Key listing details are shown before you decide to buy or make an offer.
Place your order
Your payment is handled securely while the order moves through its required steps. On eligible listings, you may also be able to make an offer first.
Item is authenticated
The seller sends the item to authentication. The item is checked independently against its listing details before the order moves forward. Authentication takes 2-3 business days for eligible orders.
Item ships to you
Once the item clears the required checkpoint, it ships to your delivery address with tracking.
Confirm receipt
After delivery, you can review the order and raise an issue if needed before the sale is completed and the seller is paid.
